I have to admitt, at first I was leary on having someone come into my home. I didn't want to feel pressured into buying. The free estimate actually went exceptionally well. The design consultant was very knowledgable and friendly. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. I found a carpet that I absolutely loved. To make it even better it was in stock and I was able to have it installed two days later. Finding out that there is a lifetime warranty on the installation was an added bonus! I had a couple of the other guys come out and this was not something they could offer. The Carpet Guys is a great company to work with.
